We praise the Lord for giving us the opportunity to gather together for Reformation Day on October 29, 2023, at Teatro Marikina. It was a day filled with celebration, worship, and reflection as CMMC members came together to commemorate this momentous occasion. Praise God for the 623 people who joined the celebration, lifting their voices in worship to our Almighty God.

During this remarkable gathering, God was lifted up in worship, exaltation, and adoration. We were blessed to hear the profound message delivered by Rev. Abet Almaza, reminding us that Christ Alone is the key to ultimately revealing God to us. It is Christ alone who can fully represent us before God and Christ alone can exercise total rule over our lives. In simple yet powerful words, we were reminded that He is the only Message, Mediator, and Master in our lives. Praise God for this revelation that strengthens our faith and brings us closer to Him.

Another highlight was the ceremony of our first batch of 3 graduates from the Biblical Leadership Equipping School for Servants (BLESS). These students have worked diligently to complete their studies and emerge as leaders equipped for holistic ministry. It was an inspiring moment as they stepped onto the stage, their accomplishments celebrated by all in attendance, their certificates signed by CMMC Chairman Rev Zuriel Bernardino.

Dr. Nomer Bernardino, the other signatory for the certificates, gave an address to the participants, and challenged everyone to consider sending their servant leaders to BLESS for theological training. He emphasized the importance of equipping and preparing leaders for the service of the Lord. BLESS offers a valuable opportunity for theological education and growth, and we are encouraged to embrace this platform to further the work of God’s kingdom.

As we look back on this day, we can’t help but be grateful for the blessings that flowed abundantly. It was a day of spiritual renewal, celebration, and reflection. Reformation Day serves as a powerful reminder of our commitment to the teachings of Christ and our continuous journey toward a deeper understanding of our faith.

We give thanks to God, from whom all blessings flow. It is through His grace and love that we were able to come together, celebrate, and be enriched by the Word. May this Reformation Day continue to inspire us and lead us to be Christ-centered, compassionate, and competent individuals, always striving to glorify God in our lives.

To God be the glory!
